The Illinois State Black Chamber of Commerce (ILBCC) is proud to announce its 20th Annual Business Conference, taking place September 9–11, 2025 at the stunning Wind Creek Chicago Southland in East Hazel Crest, Illinois. This three-day gathering will be more than a conference—it will be a high-energy convergence of Black entrepreneurs, corporate executives, policymakers, and community leaders united by one mission: to elevate Black business power in Illinois and beyond.
Over the past two decades, ILBCC has built a reputation for breaking barriers, creating access, and championing Black-owned businesses in ways other organizations simply can’t match.
