What is the mission of the ILBCC?
The ILBCC was established to promote the economic empowerment and development of black businesses in State of Illinois. Since its inception, the Chamber has been a strong advocate for black business.

The ILBCC currently has 23 active chapters throughout the State.

The ILBCC currently represents over 7,000 black-owned businesses across the State.
Can the ILBCC help my black-owned business secure contracts with government agencies?
The ILBCC local chapters works closely with each business to help them establish a clear business plan and become certified with all relevant government agencies. Once certified, through the proper agencies, we work one-on-one to assist your business in developing relationships with state and federal agencies.
How do I join the ILBCC?

The ILBCC serves as a strong advocate for black businesses in the area of contracting, financing, economic development, and other relevant issues essential to doing business in Illinois.
