The National Black Chamber of Commerce and Illinois State Black Chamber of Commerce jointly filed a Title VI discrimination complaint with U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder last week. Black Contractors received 1.5% of contracts from IDOT and 91% of IDOT employees are Caucasian. Stay tuned for updates.
